Riding in the Nepal Himalayas

Nepal probably offers one of the best terrains with a huge variety in trails for Mountain Biking. Riding in the flat terai of Nepal passing through national parks to mountainous regions with backdrop of Himalayas, off road trails, black tart roads, day excursions or longer rides or just downhill race is all available. Nepal is also the starting point for the epic ride to Tibet.

Mountain biking is a great fun and a perfect way to discover Nepal's great diverse landscape, of tremendous terrain, tracks and trails. Where mountain bike takes you away from the hustle bustle of the city-town life into serene country life, on a hidden trail rarely visited area of local villages, its traditional rural life style that has preserved for centuries.


Day 01: Arrive Kathmandu. Overnight at the hotel Manaslu.
Day 02: Kathmandu - Dakshinkali. Distance: 28 - 30 km approximately (additional 8 kilometers if returning all the way back to Kathmandu). Overnight at hotel Manaslu.
Day 03: Kathmandu - Boudhanath Stupa - Sundarijal - Kathmandu. Distance: 30 - 35 km approximately (both ways). Overnight at hotel Manaslu.
Day 04: Kathmandu - Dhulikhel via Bhaktapur. Distance: 30 - 35 km approximately. Dinner and Overnight at the hotel.
Day 05: Dhulikhel - Last Resort. Distance: 62 km approximately. Dinner and Overnight at the Last Resort.
Day 06: Last Resort - Kathmandu (Drive Back). Overnight at the hotel Manaslu.
Day 07: Final Departure.
